You are not there to be a clinician, you are there and you exist solely to admit anyone that walks in. You will rarely give clinical input, and any clinical opinions or judgments on individual admissions cases will be outright ignored or overruled entirely. You are scared everyday for your livelihood. You will be in so much emotional distress, you might need to be in rehab after working there. Former Senior Program manager is a extreme bully! OH THE NEPOTISM in administration and management/supervisors is crazy. Management are cult-like and once you try to have a voice for your staff or self.HR will shame walk you in front of ALL your peers. You will not have no time for one on one with your client. Counselor and Therapist, you will feel overwhelmed. YOU WILL BE DISRESPECTED DAILY AND WILL NOT HAVE BACK UP FROM MANAGEMENT. ESPECIALLY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS (NP, RNs, LPNs and MAs) - you will not be respected whatsoever! BHTs are underpaid and will be doing a lot of duties out of your scope.

Don’t put your license in jeopardy working here. They will put your life in danger just to keep manic clients there. There are no resources to do your job 98% of the time. The company is a hot mess! From the CEO on down! THEY WILL WORK YOU HARD and throw you to the wasteland after.
